Add setter on collection property. (cancel #14357)

karpach96 patch applied (thanks to him) :

We are extensively using Xsd2Code to generate report classes. Some of those reports are relatively big (>50Mb). LoadFromFile method of generated classes used to give us a lot of System.OutOfMemoryException. We looked at generated files and found that there is unnecessary usage of StreamReader with pure evil ReadToEnd. System.OutOfMemoryException went away after we removed StreamReader. Attached patch removes StreamReader from LoadFromFile method.

TwoStick Patch applied (thanks to him) :

Since we can get in here if the TargetFramework is Silverlight, we need to check again to see
if the GenerateXmlAttributes is actually True. Is so, Silverlight needs the other attributes to properly
serialize XML so it can be compatible with generated XML from a regular C#, .Net (2.0+) application
(that also use the Serialization.GenerateXmlAttributes support).
Silverlight doesn't support the two I left in, so we remove those.
If we aren't wanting to GenerateXMLAttributes when TF=Silverlight, then we remove all the attrib. markers.

If collection base is set to DefinedType via /c command line switch, this type cannot be specified.
Command line switch /c is modified to: /c DefinedType,<Custom Collection Type>
2012-02-12, DC: Issue #14391 : The Xsd2Code Generation generates a '.designer.cs' file and the 'Run Custom Tool' creates a '.Designer.cs' file.
Issue #6988 : Setup does not place addin file correctly if My Documents folder is moved
2012-02-12, DC: This large patch fixes and enhances following issues:
Issue #14357 If property is collection and is initialized in constructor, doesn't need setter.
Issue #13372 Automatic property generation is complete reworked, because isn't working in all cases. Now works on all types also.
Rewritten code generation in GeneratorFacade (now uses MemoryStream instead temporary file).
Issue #13228 XmlRootAttribute is now generated only on right classes. Added switch to generate all classes from xsd.
Issue #12949, #7365 XML documentation comments generation code is complete rewirked, because isn't working. Now are comments generated in all cases, with exception of generated properties, which doesn't have equivalent in xsd (xxxxxSpecified).
