It would be great if there was a caseing feature that would automatically convert an attribute such as
<xs:attribute name="name" type="xs:string" use="required"/>
to generate:

 [XmlAttributeAttribute(AttributeName = "name")]
 public string Name {get&#59; set&#59;}
