Update for V3.5

New features:
Added two properties for MiscellaneousParams:
List<string> ExcludeTypes - Exclude classes that are in list
List<string> IgnoreTypes - Exclude classes that are in list + exclude properties and fields of their types
TODO: Does not work for combined anonymous types -- Done, test included

Bug fixes:
#13278 - SimpleTypes not generating
#14775 - option ExcludeIncludedTypes doesn't work if type name matches element name
#6941 - Generation from XSD wich contains only types declarations doesn't work
#6944 - Add possibility to do not generate types from referenced schemas
#6950 - Problem with multiple xsd's with the same includes
#8781 - Import directive of many files duplicate types

This patch solves a problem with the option ExcludeIncludedTypes /eit+ .
The patch is looking if a type exists in a included schema by using a recursive call of ContainsTypeName()

Description:
Since we can get in here if the TargetFramework is Silverlight, we need to check again to see
if the GenerateXmlAttributes is actually True. Is so, Silverlight needs the other attributes to properly
serialize XML so it can be compatible with generated XML from a regular C#, .Net (2.0+) application
(that also use the Serialization.GenerateXmlAttributes support).
Silverlight doesn't support the two I left in, so we remove those.
If we aren't wanting to GenerateXMLAttributes when TF=Silverlight, then we remove all the attrib. markers.

Path of karpach96 : We are extensively using Xsd2Code to generate report classes. Some of those reports are relatively big (>50Mb). LoadFromFile method of generated classes used to give us a lot of System.OutOfMemoryException. We looked at generated files and found that there is unnecessary usage of StreamReader with pure evil ReadToEnd. System.OutOfMemoryException went away after we removed StreamReader. Attached patch removes StreamReader from LoadFromFile method.
